There's an old adage in business that still holds true: Promise less, but deliver more. Morgan followed the adage to a tee and we couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. She was open and realistic with us in the beginning and delivered a contract at full asking price within 2 weeks. She stayed with us every step of the way including the appraisals and inspections.
