There's an old adage in business that still holds true: Promise less, but deliver more. Morgan followed the adage to a tee and we couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. She was open and realistic with us in the beginning and delivered a contract at full asking price within 2 weeks. She stayed with us every step of the way including the appraisals and inspections. When the time came to sell my home, there was no question in my mind on who I wanted as my relator. Morgan sold me my first home 14 years ago and my experience back then was wonderful. Selling my house this time around, Morgan went above and beyond, walking me through the entire process and making sure everything was clear, letting me know what items fix in the house and what I needed to do in order to get the best offer possible and even recommending someone to repair a wall for me who was able to get it done perfectly and at a great price.
