One of a kind and a must see! This was an old school house (Mother Goose Nursery) that has been beautifully converted into a home with 12' ceilings and gorgeous hardwood floors. The tin roof in the living room also adds to the charm. They have kept a lot of the original character of the home with the chalk board, bell rope (the bell is not there) and wall cabinet. You can tell by everything they have done that they put a lot of care and love into the home. There was new plumbing in 2016, electrical was updated in 2007-08, the primary bedroom door came from older Victorian home, the front door in the living room came from on old school house (not this one) and 9 of the 13 windows have been replaced.
