Just 10 miles from Tall Timbers Grocery in Gwinn and 6 miles from the Arnold Station this camp sits two miles off of yearly maintained Co Rd 557! Owned by the same family for nearly 40 years, the love put into this camp shows! It is extremely well cared for and the pride of ownership is impeccable. The front porch is ideal for watching sunsets over the tree line which makes for a great way to end the day! Inside, the kitchen offers a gas oven/range, a wood cook-stove/oven, and the sink with a hand pump (attached to the point well). Centrally located is the wood stove, which heats the camp. A dining area is set up near the kitchen and living room. At the rear of the camp is a large bedroom with two beds and most importantly, a luxury amenity in any camp, a private quarter bath (toilet). Set up to use either propane lights or light fixtures with the generator this camp offers modern amenities. The generator house is situated behind the camp which keeps the noise down. A large shed doubles as a workshop, storage, and features an attached outhouse. Another shed across the yard also adds more storage space. Wildlife is abundant here and over the years this camp has bagged many nice Whitetails! Offering gated access, you'll enjoy the peace and quite at Camp Sundown, where there is never a bad day!
