The maple flooring on the south side was sanded, and the large area is set up for a living/bedroom area with an electric space heater. There is a galley style kitchen and functional 2 fixture bath (no shower). The rest of the structure will need a large rehab and offers endless possibilities! The metal roof was replaced 4 years ago, and the electric panel was upgraded so there were major improvements already completed. Building has been used as a weekend cottage.
