Brook Hill offers quarter ownership with each share deeded twelve weeks, or one week about every month, including two two-week stays in the summer months. Schedule slightly rotates every year, allowing all shares to have same schedule eventually. Weeks run Friday to Friday. Centrally located within the resort with views of the lake, dunes and sunsets. This upper end unit has direct access from the parking lot with no outdoor steps to enter and features high ceilings, wireless internet, Bose stereo, private master suite and deck with scenic views of Lake Michigan, the Sleeping Bear dunes and the Brook Hill pond and golf greens, plus sleeper sofa. This one bedroom, one bath condo also includes washer/dryer, woodburning fireplace, and owner storage. RCI membership is optional so you can trade weeks here for weeks around the world. You also have the opportunity to get income for the weeks you cannot use through our rental management program.
