Built with love by our father, this 2-bedroom house, with its full basement, has been more than just a structure; it's been a vessel for our fondest memories. It holds the potential to become a 3rd bedroom, but to us, it's always been the perfect nook for laughter and stories. Every corner of this home echoes the style of the 1960s build with a few nods to the 1950s, a testament to the era when our grandparents laid down the foundation of love and legacy. The basement, with its second partial kitchen, was mom's culinary haven where she lovingly preserved the taste of summer in her jars of canning. The yard, a sprawling acre of open country space, has been our canvas for adventure and play. It's where we learned to appreciate the simple joys of nature and the value of open skies. The house also features a 1-car attached garage, but what's truly remarkable is the 2+ car 24x32 outbuilding. It's been a workshop, a sanctuary for creativity, and a space where dreams took shape amidst the sound of hammers and saws. As time went on, features such as updated windows, vinyl siding, and a whole home generator were added to aid in the comfort of enjoying this home.
